University Heights is a lovely neighborhood, just south of the main part of town. The single-family homes have no HOA and the area is prized for it's abundance of ponderosa pines. At the base of the neighborhood you'll find a section of the Flagstaff Urban Trail, as well as townhomes and condos.
Client Testimony:
"What I love about University Heights: The trees! I feel like University heights is one of the most wooded neighborhoods in town
I love the great playgrounds and space to run around. AND the proximity to the 17 is great - when I was commuting to Phoenix that was a real plus!" - Mike C.
Country Club has it all - condos, town homes, and single family residences - all tucked away in the beautiful pines and surrounded by amazing amenities and activities to please everyone. Go golfing, swim at the Bear Paw Recreation Center, enjoy some mini golf, or take a walk around the beautiful duck ponds while you take in those mountain views.
Kachina Village is just a few miles south of Flagstaff and is known for it's quaint winding streets, pine trees galore, and the beautiful wild life in the Kachina Wetlands. No HOA means it's ideal for long or short term rentals, but many year-round residents call Kachina Village home as well.
Client Testimony:
The neighborhood is very friendly and kind, giving me a sense of safety and security. Living so close to the wetlands has been better than I could have imagined." - Marcia M.

Downtown Flagstaff has tons of great restaurants, historical sites, and the Flagstaff Visitor's Center. You'll love navigating the streets filled with historic buildings, grabbing a bite to eat at a great local restaurant, and doing some shopping to support a local business. Here are some of my favorite places and sites downtown.
Client Testimony:
"Best thing is that I can basically walk to everything…restaurants, yoga, grocery stores, evening events in historic downtown and even up to the observatory if you want a good workout. That and being able to get on my bike and access all the trails right from my front door. Everything is so accessible and other than getting to the airport, you really don’t need a car if you can walk and bike."
- Beth H.
"We are really enjoying the Pipeline Trail nearby, as well as the Large city parks complete with dog park. The nice thing about being on Linda Vista Dr. is that the road is quickly cleared of snow each day. We are just beginning to enjoy all the activities Flagstaff has to offer!"
-Shanna L.
"I would say my two favorite things about this neighborhood are: 1) the trail system right by our house. You can walk for miles and the observatory Mesa is beautiful. 2) it's just a really quiet neighborhood. Besides hearing the faint train noise, it's just a really calm quiet neighborhood.'

"We love the house, room to room. It’s so perfect for us. I love the builder, the lot, the house, the layout. Our yard is turning out nicely... If I had to pick one thing, it would be Miramonte and the quality of the build. "
-Didi C.
"What we love about Mountainaire-
Our great friends
Sense of safety with such great neighbors
The surrounding forest we can play in anytime
Its like our own little town🥰"
-Sam D.
"In Presidio there is a sense of community. People look out for each other. We love that there is the park near the house where the kids can play and we can walk around to get our steps in. There is also a newly renovated dog park where the pooches can run til their little hearts are content. This neighborhood is quiet. "
- Erin T.
"We love where we live... We have a rural life style but are only minutes from groceries, the movie theater and the mall. There is direct access to the forest service in the back of the neighborhood where we take advantage of hiking, mountain biking and riding our side-by-side. The views of the Peaks and Mt. Elden are outstanding. "
