University Heights

University Heights is a lovely neighborhood, just south of the main part of town. The single-family homes have no HOA and the area is prized for it's abundance of ponderosa pines. At the base of the neighborhood you'll find a section of the Flagstaff Urban Trail, as well as townhomes and condos.

Country Club

Kachina Village

Kachina Village is just a few miles south of Flagstaff and is known for it's quaint winding streets, pine trees galore, and the beautiful wild life in the Kachina Wetlands. No HOA means it's ideal for long or short term rentals, but many year-round residents call Kachina Village home as well.

Munds Park

Downtown Flagstaff has tons of great restaurants, historical sites, and the Flagstaff Visitor's Center. You'll love navigating the streets filled with historic buildings, grabbing a bite to eat at a great local restaurant, and doing some shopping to support a local business.
